A coffee shop in Hangzhou introduced a curious success: West Lake fish in vinegar sauce coffee. It features "cold shrimp" (a type of rice noodle snack) to mimic the fish flavor and comes with a small bottle of apple vinegar to pour into the coffee to replicate the flavor of Hangzhou's signature West Lake fish in vinegar sauce. According to the staff, this coffee currently accounts for 40% of all sales!
