Hangzhou West Station in Yuhang district, Hangzhou set a record by sending off 68,008 passengers on Jan 22, the 9th day of the Spring Festival travel rush.

By the morning of Jan 23, the station had handled 681,987 passengers during the 2025 Spring Festival travel period, a whopping 87 percent increase on 2024.
