The award ceremony attire at the 2025 Harbin Asian Winter Games features silk-wool fabric crafted by Hangzhou-based Wensli Group, a company renowned for its work in global events such as the 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2016 G20 Hangzhou Summit, and 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games.

Designed with the theme "Auspicious Snow Victory", the attire blends snowflake motifs with a bold red palette, symbolizing ice, snow, and national pride. To achieve a feeling of both warmth and elegance, Wensli developed a 45-percent silk, 55-percent Australian wool fabric, combining Asian aesthetics with eco-conscious innovation.

A key challenge was achieving precise red hues on silk-wool fabric, as traditional dyeing often leads to color bleeding and low fastness. Wensli tackled this issue using its AI-driven color management system, which digitally calculates exact dye proportions, reducing errors to the micron level. Additionally, GBART waterless reactive dyeing technology eliminates the need for water-intensive rinsing, cutting wastewater pollution.

"Silk is more than a part of our culture – it's a platform for technological innovation," said a Wensli spokesperson. From the Beijing Olympics' "Blue and White Porcelain" theme to the Asian Winter Games' "Auspicious Snow Victory", Wensli continues to push China's silk industry from tradition toward high-tech excellence.
