Over 100 students and faculty from Vives University of Applied Sciences in Belgium visited Hangzhou Normal University on March 26 for an immersive cultural experience.
Dressed in traditional tai chi attire, they ascended the demonstration platform to learn martial arts techniques firsthand, engaging deeply with China's past and present.
During the session, Chinese students guided their Belgian peers through tai chi movements, delivered martial arts performances, and introduced the art of zhanzhuang (standing meditation).
The visit marked yet another chapter in ongoing cultural exchanges, offering international students a firsthand experience of China's rich traditions.
