Over 40 export-oriented enterprises from Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, met face-to-face with representatives of international business institutions on May 20 to explore new approaches to global expansion.

The event, co-hosted by the Hangzhou Committee of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the Hangzhou Chamber of International Commerce, gathered representatives from Hangzhou-based business agencies from Vietnam, the United States, Germany, and other countries, along with professionals familiar with international logistics and legal services.

A representative from the Hangzhou office of Vietnam's trade promotion bureau introduced the country's investment policies, key industrial demands, and regional cooperation advantages, stressing the complementarity of China-Vietnam industrial chains.

An e-commerce platform called China-Africa Bridge, dedicated to Sino-African trade services, shared cooperation opportunities in Africa and gave suggestions for companies that are interested in the African market.

To help address common challenges in overseas development, Sea Win Holding Group, an international logistics firm, introduced an end-to-end integrated logistics solution.

During a lively discussion session, companies engaged with business institutions on topics such as market access, investment risks, and localized operation.

"Hangzhou is accelerating its development as a new international trade hub," said an official from the CCPIT Hangzhou Committee, adding that they will continue to build efficient platforms, connect global resources, and support the implementation of cooperation projects.
