Hangzhou to launch 3 new intl air routes in May and June
Hangzhou in East China's Zhejiang province is set to enhance its global air connectivity with the addition of three new international routes between May and June.
Starting May 25, Loong Air will open a new route connecting the Chinese cities of Hangzhou and Haikou with Jakarta, Indonesia. The service will operate four times a week — on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Flights will depart Hangzhou at 17:55, make a stop in Haikou, and then continue to Jakarta.
From June 3, VietJet Air will launch a direct flight between Hangzhou and Hanoi, Vietnam. Flight VJ7336 will depart Hanoi at 17:10 local time and arrive in Hangzhou at 21:00. The return flight, VJ7337, will take off from Hangzhou at 22:05 and land in Hanoi at 00:05 the following day. The service will run every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Capital Airlines will commence a direct service linking Hangzhou and Okinawa, Japan, starting June 21. The flight will be available twice weekly, departing from Hangzhou on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
