Travelers arriving in Hangzhou can now explore the city hands-free, thanks to an upgraded "Easy Go" baggage delivery service that connects the airport, high-speed rail stations, and city hotels.

Unveiled just before the Dragon Boat Festival, the service — jointly launched by Hangzhou International Airport and SF Express — allows passengers to drop off luggage at terminals T3 or T4 and have it delivered directly to Hangzhou East Railway Station, hotels, or vice versa. This seamless air-rail intermodal solution is especially popular among tourists who are transiting through.

For traveler Fang Zhouhang, arriving from Guangzhou, the service was a pleasant surprise. "I wanted to visit West Lake before catching my train, but didn't want to carry many heavy bags. This made my trip so much easier," he said. After a simple five-minute procedure, his luggage was en route to the station.

Using the "Easy Go" mini-program, travelers can book deliveries for 50 yuan ($7) per item, with real-time tracking and protective wrapping provided. Safety is ensured with dedicated vehicles and handlers. Return delivery from hotels or stations to the airport is also available.

Currently, Hangzhou has over 117 baggage service points and partnerships with more than 100 hotels.
