European Chinese teens embarked on a real adventure when the ZIBS World & Future Summer School — 2025 Zhejiang Tour for European Chinese Youth opened in Haining city — under the administration of  Jiaxing city in East China's Zhejiang province.

Co-hosted by Zhejiang University International Business School, or ZIBS and the Europe Times Media Group, the 12-day program brings together second and third-generation Chinese teenagers from Europe to explore Zhejiang's innovation and culture.

Participants will visit leading local companies such as Alibaba, Unitree Robotics and Leapmotor.

That's as well as cultural sites including China's premier silk enterprise the Wensli Group, the Fanghuichuntang traditional Chinese pharmacy, Zhu Bingren's Bronze Art Museum and a Haining horse-face skirt workshop. The program also features expert-led courses combining theory, practice and case studies.

In his video address, Zhou Cheng, president of the Europe Times, said: "China-Europe youth exchanges are reaching new heights.

"Young people are not only witnesses to history, but also messengers of cultural exchanges," he added.

Organizers emphasized that the program aims to help overseas Chinese young people to gain firsthand insights into Zhejiang's pioneering spirit and the "Zhejiang merchants' ethos" — fostering their role as future bridges for cultural dialogues and global cooperation.
