The fourth Global Digital Trade Expo — to be held in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province from Sept 25 to 29 — will feature an expanded AI focus, with immersive experiences, cutting-edge technologies and record-breaking exhibits.
The event will include one main digital trade exhibition area and seven themed zones — sections dedicated to AI, Silk Road e-commerce, smart mobility, digital entertainment, digital healthcare, smart spaces and logistics.
In the core exhibition, leading AI players like Zhijiang Lab, Alibaba and Huawei, as well as Hangzhou's emerging tech companies will be busy.
They'll present humanoid and quadruped robots, dexterous hands, AI-powered e-commerce tools and game developer Game Science's Black Myth: Zhong Kui teaser. Major tech innovations, such as GeoGPT and OneAstronomy, will showcase China's AI full-stack capabilities.
Highlights include a "moon trade" experience using simulated AI payments on the lunar surface, launched by Star Vision, as well as an expanded robot zone featuring over 80 robots and live demonstrations.
In an expo first, an AI agent area will debut, offering interactive services from home care to travel assistance.
The concept of AI integration will run throughout the expo, bringing applications to cross-border e-commerce, autonomous mobility, healthcare, entertainment and smart living — redefining global trade frontiers.
