An ecological illustration exhibition opened on Aug 28 at the Hangzhou Botanical Garden — located in Xihu district of Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province.

It welcomed the upcoming 5th World Biosphere Reserves Conference that's being held in the city from Sept 22 to 27.

Bioscience illustrations, an art form that fuses science and art, captures the authentic beauty of life through detailed depictions of biological structures and ecological habits.

The exhibition features two sections, Voices of Nature and Exploring Antarctica, showcasing the wisdom of survival and the beauty of coexistence in nature.
