A "Village Mic" competition has just officially opened for registration in Jingshan, Yuhang District of Hangzhou City, east China's Zhejiang Province, inviting vocal talents from across the country to compete in a series of 28 events with a total prize pool of nearly 100,000 yuan. 

Organized by the Administrative Committee of Jingshan Tourist Resort, the event will showcase local culture and support rural musical talent. 

Designed to be fully inclusive, the competition consists of four stages: auditions, repechage rounds, a semi-final, and a grand final. The entire event will be live-streamed.

A series of promotional activities featuring local specialty products such as Jingshan cultural and creative items and intangible cultural heritage handicrafts will be held to offer visitors an immersive cultural and tourism experience. 

Registration for the competition is open until October 1, via both online and offline channels.
