The 2025 Hangzhou Xianghu Half Marathon will take place in Xiaoshan district on Oct 19, organizers announced at a press conference on Oct 11, during which the official race shirt and finisher medal were also unveiled.

This year's event features two categories — the Half Marathon (21.0975 kilometers) and the Fun Run (about 4.5 km). Though expanding its participant limit to 12,000 runners, the 2025 edition received an impressive 23,579 registrations.

The race starts at Xiangpu Road, with the half marathon finishing at Xiasun cultural village and the fun run ending at Senbo Resort.

Along the scenic Xianghu Lake, runners will pass landmarks such as Kuahuqiao Site Museum, Dingshan Square and Chengshan Square, fully experiencing the charm of Xianghu Lake.

The race shirt features a white base with bold "XIANG HU 2025" lettering and dynamic lines symbolizing energy and motion. The back reads "Love Xianghu for Life", conveying local pride and emotional connection. The finisher medals, inspired by water ripples, the Chengshan Archway, and canoes, combine cultural and natural aesthetics, with gold for half marathon finishers and silver for fun run participants.

To enhance the runner experience, the organizing committee has prepared an exclusive gift pack, offering discounts on hotels, dining, attractions, and performances.
