The 19th Hangzhou Cultural & Creative Industry Expo is being held from Oct 17 to 20 at the White Horse Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center, offering visitors a chance to explore art, culture, and design from around the world.
This year's expo spans five exhibition halls and features participants from 66 countries and regions, making it one of the most international editions yet.
The highlight — Ingenuity Horizon: The Belt and Road International Culture and Art Industry Exchange Activity — brings together artisans and creators from over 20 countries, including France, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, in an immersive showcase of global craftsmanship.
Visitors can experience the charm of southern France's theater and handicrafts, admire original prints by masters like Rodin, Matisse, and Picasso, and even step into a lounge reimagined through handcrafted screens, amber sculptures, and textiles from Poland, Colombia, and Thailand.
Returning favorites like the International Ceramic Art Exhibition celebrate ceramics as vessels of cultural dialogue, bringing together artists from China, South Korea, Japan, and across Europe to explore the fusion of tradition and modern design.
