An immersive nature-themed exhibition, Jiu Jiu Birds: Migratory Bird Post Nature Park, debuted at the 19th Hangzhou Cultural & Creative Industry Expo on Oct 17.
Jointly created by the National Zoological Museum of China and the China Wetland Museum, the exhibition transforms national-level nature science into an interactive playground where visitors can explore the world through the eyes of migratory birds.
Visitors will take on the role of bird postmen, embarking on a sensory journey that combines education, art, and play. Highlights include flight simulation experiences, bird specimen displays, interactive sound installations, and hands-on learning zones explaining the science of feathers and flight.
The exhibition also showcases artistic installations such as a sand martin-themed cultural display and a migratory bird clock, offering both aesthetic appeal and opportunities to take photos.
By blending science with creativity, the event invites visitors to rediscover the beauty of nature and the resilience of life through the stories of migratory birds.
