The 2026 AIA Youbang Cup Pickleball Elite Challenge Hangzhou leg (CPC-300) opened on Aug 22, attracting more than 100 players from overseas and across China.

The tournament, a CPC-300 points event under the China Pickleball Circuit, featured men's and women's singles and doubles, as well as mixed doubles, with players competing through group and knockout stages, showcasing the sport's combination of speed, precision, and teamwork.

Vietnam's Mai Van Luong and China's Lu Linxiao won the mixed doubles title, with Mai praising the venue and organization, noting the high level of competition throughout the tournament.

The China Pickleball Circuit is the country's highest-level official pickleball points system, providing standardized competition rules and rankings for the rapidly growing sport.

Hangzhou has steadily strengthened its position as a leading pickleball city in China by hosting CPC events. This year's CPC-300 tournament, following the 2025 Liangzhu Cup Hangzhou Pickleball Open, has further developed the city's competitive and community foundations, providing players with a professional platform for competition and exchange while helping promote the sport in Hangzhou.
