The China-Africa Digital Technology Cooperation Center has launched its physical operations in Binjiang district, Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, offering a platform for digital cooperation, business services, and technology exchange.

The center occupies two neighboring buildings: Building 8 focuses on technology showcases, and Building 7 on business services.

Building 8 features exhibitions covering digital policies, infrastructure, innovation, transformation, security, and capacity building. Its third-floor conference hall supports multilingual meetings and seminars in Chinese, English, and French for 30 to 120 participants.

Building 7 provides services to companies seeking to expand into African markets. Its one-stop service hall has eight counters covering policy consultation, legal compliance, insurance, immigration, and other services.

Built on Hangzhou's digital economy strengths, the center aims to connect Chinese technology companies with African partners and turn digital cooperation into practical projects.
