Located at Yaojiang Road No 5 in Shangcheng district, the school was founded by Hangzhou Sanjie Education Consultancy Co Ltd in 2015 as a support facility for Yuhuang Shannan Fund Town. It was designed to provide a nine-year education from primary school to junior high school (CCSS and IB syllabuses) for 225 students in nine classes. Today it has 105 students studying in eight classes and 33 teaching and administrative staff.
