Introduction:

Oulu is a city in Northern Finland. It is situated by the Gulf of Bothnia, at the mouth of the river Oulujoki. 

Oulu is the largest city in Northern Finland and the fifth largest city in Finland. It is a business, cultural, administrative and education center and the most important industrial and harbor city in the country. Oulu was founded in 1605, and had developed into the center of Northern Finland by 1776.
