Raffles City Hangzhou
Raffles City Hangzhou (RCH) is CapitaLand China’s first mixed-used commercial development in Hangzhou. Located in Qianjiang New City at one of the most convenient locations of Hangzhou’s new Central Business District (CBD), RCH is next to the Hangzhou Civic Center, the Hangzhou Grand Theatre and the Hangzhou International Conference Centre. It is also connected to an underground passage to Metro Line 4.
RCH covers an area of 40,355 square meters, comprising a shopping mall, international standard Grade A offices, a 5-star hotel, a luxury serviced residence and strata apartment units. Designed by globally renowned architect Ben van Berkel of UN Studio, RCH is one of the tallest and most distinctive buildings in the new CBD. Its unique structure and intricate exteriors are inspired by the tides of the Qiantang River that it overlooks, while its spacious and bright interiors invite guests and residents to explore its internal and external spaces. In addition to its outstanding design, RCH is also a LEED Gold certified project for leadership in energy and environmental design.
