World youth leaders promote exchanges at Hangzhou summit
Jean Philbert Nsengimana, special advisor of Smart Africa organization and former minister of Youth and ICT of Rwanda hailed the Zhejiang entrepreneurs, saying that there are many young people in the world who desire to change the world and every one of them should work together to shape the future.
The First Global Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition will be held on the same day.
