Aside from the meals, a Chinese utensil exhibition and tea culture exchanges were held during the eight-day festival where experts from major Asian tea producers shared insights into the history and trends of tea at the international tea culture forum.

As Hangzhou seeks to take the national lead in developing digital economy, the use of advanced technology brought visitors a brand new experience as they enjoyed a cup of milk tea made by robots.

Hangzhou was also praised for its hygiene management, which not only contributed to the splendid gourmet meal, but also boosted the city's image.
