Hangzhou enterprises to resume operation
Local authorities in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province asked all businesses to resume operations while remaining cautious of the novel coronavirus outbreak.
Starting Feb 10, industrial, logistics, catering, and construction enterprises with approval from local authorities will be permitted to resume normal operation in order to help maintain economic and social order.
From Feb 15, enterprises engaged in finance, technological consulting, and business management will resume operations.
From Feb 20, real estate enterprises, wholesale markets, theaters, museums, resorts, and travel agencies are expected to reopen.
Enterprises will take strict epidemic prevention and control measures and encourage employees to work from home, if possible.
Employees from the hardest-hit regions, including Hubei, Anhui, and Guangdong provinces, will be closely monitored and undergo a 14-day quarantine at designated facilities or at home after returning to Hangzhou.
A municipal digital platform will be established to monitor the health of employees and prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the workplace.
