The fifth session of the 13th Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress and the fourth session of the 11th Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) are scheduled to take place in late April.

Deputies confirmed to attend this year's session of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress will be briefed on work reports from the city's government, the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress, the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court, and the Municipal People's Procuratorate of Hangzhou. They will also hold discussions on the government work report, work plan, and city budget report, and submit motions and suggestions to the congress.

The agenda for the annual session of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPPCC includes reviews of committee work reports and discussions on important proposals.
