Launched by Alibaba Health on last Tuesday, an online reservation system for COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) has opened to 10 cities, including Hangzhou. People can now reserve and pay for their test on Taobao or Tmall, using one of a number of testing sites to take the test, before receiving the result within one day.
