Hangzhou ranks 8th among the top 10 recovering Chinese cities with a GDP above 1 trillion yuan ($140.19 billion), according to a city economic recovery index, evaluating the economic recovery ratio of 335 Chinese cities by comparing large volumes of data from SMEs.
