Che Jun, secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, stressed the importance of innovation and talent, calling for efforts to build the YRD into an innovation hub. 

Concerted efforts should be made to explore integrated institutional innovation, deepen reform and opening-up, strengthen abilities to allocate global resources, promote a new type of urbanization and rural vitalization, and address problems such as unbalanced development, said Che.

He added that Zhejiang will continue to promote environmental conservation and contribute more to increasing government efficiency of the YRD.
