Youssef Souei from Tunisia, who has been living in Hangzhou for over six years, regards Hangzhou as his second hometown. During the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in the city earlier this year, Youssef was busy volunteering at the community where he resided to help with epidemic control and prevention.
