Zhejiang province recently rolled out a series of measures to attract more foreign investment.

The measures include increasing market access for foreign investors, building high-end industrial parks, increasing fiscal support for foreign projects, helping foreign companies conduct R&D, offering foreign investors in Zhejiang permanent residence visas or long-term visas, improving the business climate by putting foreign companies on a level playing field with local ones, and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights for foreign companies.
