Qiantang Park, the latest branch of Hangzhou International Talent Entrepreneurship and Innovation Park, was put into operation on July 23.

The park is located in Dachuang town of Qiantang New Area and covers a total area of 1.7 million square meters. It will house a number of rising companies, incubators, accelerators and maker spaces, focusing on the research and development of artificial intelligence, 5G applications, intelligent manufacturing, and life health industries.

In recent years, Qiantang New Area has been striving to attract talent and is actively exploring cooperation possibilities among enterprises, universities and the government. Since 2017, over 270 talent projects have been carried out in Qiantang, 45 of which were valued over 100 million yuan ($14.28 million).
