Xin'an Silicon Valley Research Institute, a scientific research institution jointly established by Jiande's High-speed Railway New Area Management Committee, Zhejiang Xin'an Chemical Group, and Hangzhou Normal University, was officially unveiled in Jiande county on August 3.
