Hyatt, a US multinational hospitality company, announced Aug 5 that it will build two new franchise luxury hotels at Hangzhou International Airport, local media reported.

Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place are the two brands to be located at the east wing of T4 Terminal. It will take passengers only a few minutes to walk to the arrival hall or to the transport network of high-speed railways, metro lines, inter-city expresses and long-distance coaches.

The hotels will have 800 guestrooms and suites, with 300 in the Regency and 500 in the Place. Meeting rooms, canteens, shopping centers, fitness clubs, spas, lounge bars, and banquet halls will also be available at the hotels.

The hotels are expected to lift Hangzhou's image as an international city and support the smooth running of the 19th Asian Games in 2022.
