The 19th Hangzhou Cultural & Creative Industry Expo will be back from Oct 17 to 20 at the White Horse Lake International Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing a world of creativity under one roof.
This year's expo spans five themed pavilions, 28 sub-venues, and 35 debut events, featuring participants from 66 countries and regions, including France, Italy, Egypt, and Japan. Expect a global showcase of art, design, and innovation — from French animation Miraculous Ladybug and Austrian craftsmanship to Dutch illustration and Egyptian museum-inspired cultural products.
New highlights include an AI-powered Digital City zone, Hangzhou International Craft Week, and the China (Hangzhou) Illustration Fair, combining culture and technology with hands-on experiences.
Visitors can explore immersive installations, creative markets, live shows, and international art fairs — all celebrating the power of cultural exchange and innovation.
From live Sound of Music performance to West Lake miniatures, from lucky Venetian dolls to AI-generated art — the Hangzhou cultural expo will turn the city into a global playground of creativity.
