The 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) is being held in Shanghai from Nov 5 to 10, with Hangzhou sending its largest trading delegation ever — 2,504 registered buyers and 8,107 professional attendees.

Over six days, the delegation will take part in procurement, business talks, contract signings, and cultural exchanges to further deepen openness and support high-quality development.

This year's CIIE features participants from 155 countries, regions, and international organizations, as well as over 4,100 overseas exhibitors across 430,000 square meters.

Hangzhou's key achievements, including innovations from CoolFly, Scentrealm, Cainiao Logistics, the China International Cartoon and Animation Festival, and the Global Digital Trade Expo, are showcased in the China Pavilion.

In the Vibrant Zhejiang cultural section, 13 Hangzhou time-honored brands and traditional crafts are on display, while a new AI and tech area highlights cutting-edge creations such as Black Myth: Wukong and humanoid robotics. Hangzhou's robots will also perform live shows on the expo's main stage.

Leveraging CIIE's global business resources, Hangzhou will host over 50 leading enterprises in digital economy and high-tech sectors for cooperation with international firms, further advancing its role as a pioneer in open innovation.
