The 10th Hangzhou Vegetarian Culture Festival just wrapped up in Hangzhou's Gongshu district! From comforting vegan wontons and baozi (steamed buns) to innovative plant-based "seafood", the festival had much to offer, delighting the taste buds of visitors.
