Ant Group on Nov 18 unveiled Lingguang, China's first multimodal AI assistant capable of code-driven outputs, combining language, images, audio, charts, animations, interactive maps, and even instantly generated mini-programs. The tool aims to make complex tasks simpler and more intuitive for everyday users.
Lingguang features three core functions. First, it responds to questions or keywords with structured, multimodal content. Users can explore topics through 3D models, interactive charts, visualized data, or generative animations, making abstract concepts easier to understand.

Leveraging AI coding, Lingguang enables users to create personalized mini-applications in as little as 30 seconds. From fitness trackers and travel planners to recipe calculators and personal finance tools, users can generate interactive programs directly within conversations, no technical expertise required.
With an AGI camera, the assistant interprets real-world scenes in real time, offering insights and enabling image or video generation and editing on the fly.
By decomposing queries across multiple modalities and domains, Lingguang delivers rich, logically organized outputs in a clean, minimalist style.
He Zhengyu, CTO of Ant Group, said, "Lingguang brings every user a personal AI developer — someone who can code, create visuals, and turn complex ideas into simple solutions, right in your pocket."
