The Linping district of Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, hosted the Digital Fashion Innovation Unit Construction Partners Conference on Nov 22. The Linping overseas talent service center was launched at the event.

Located at the Linping district citizens' home, the center features new spaces such as a foreign experts library and a dedicated service window for expatriates.

A representative from the Linqing district enterprise and talent service center highlighted the increasing number of overseas talents in the district, saying it is essential to the enhancement of services. The newly launched Linping overseas talent service center aims to become the first-stop service hub for expatriates, offering comprehensive support across 43 core needs, including work, innovation, entrepreneurship, culture and life.

A Tajikistani entrepreneur, who has lived in Linping for two years, said that the service center has made things more convenient, which makes him feel more comfortable to innovate and take root in the district.

Linping is committed to becoming the most talent-friendly district in Hangzhou, focusing on the development of young talent through optimized services and infrastructure. The district has established a Digital Fashion Innovation Unit Partner Alliance, including Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Zhejiang Eifini Industrial Co and other key institutions, forming a collaborative innovation network.

The district also deepened its collaboration with Hangzhou Dianzi University, co-establishing the city's first Digital Fashion Intellectual Property Empowerment Center to safeguard innovation achievements.
