The US-based One Voice Children's Choir met with the Hangzhou Children's Choir for an outdoor music exchange on Jan 8, offering a shared choral performance beside Jixian Pavilion by the West Lake.
Under the theme "Voices Across the Waters: Children's Choirs United at West Lake", the Hangzhou choir opened with the city song Dream Paradise, followed by One Voice's rendition of the Chinese song As You Wish, joined by their Chinese peers. The event concluded with a joint performance of We Are Together, highlighting friendship through music.

After the concert, the young singers toured the West Lake by boat, visited iconic sites, exchanged souvenirs and continued informal singing. The visit also included tasting local specialties such as Pian'er Chuan noodles and Xiaolongbao steamed buns, giving the US children a closer look at Hangzhou's culture.
