How does a painting created by a young student in Hangzhou find its way into the collection of a former President?

During the 2026 "Human Rights Action in China" event, visiting guests toured Yang Lingzi School in Hangzhou, where they not only learned how AI is helping advance special education, but also were impressed by the remarkable painting talents of the students. Among the works presented, A Tree in Full Bloom by seventh-grade student Wu Bochen deeply moved Mr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, former President of Iraq so much that he decided to bring it back to his country and include it in his personal art collection for display.
