Hangzhou is set to welcome 14 new commercial complexes in 2026, adding new shopping, dining, entertainment and lifestyle options across the city.

Among the projects is the Qukou Plaza commercial complex in Qiantang district, which will feature a park integrated into the shopping center, with rooftop gardens, terraces and waterfront walkways. It is scheduled for completion in 2030.

The Fengbei TOD complex will rise above a dual-metro hub served by Metro Line 6 and the planned Line 15. Covering 366,200 square meters, it will combine technology headquarters, a luxury hotel, a young talent community and commercial facilities.

In western Hangzhou, several large projects are also advancing, including Hangzhou Intime Center, an Andaz hotel and commercial complex, and a mixed-use development in Xianlin featuring shopping, hotels and offices. Plans emphasize pedestrian-friendly spaces and all-day urban activity.

In Linping district, a revamped shopping complex above Wengmei Metro Station is expected to open by the end of 2026. Designed as a mall in the park, it will connect directly with Linghu Park and offer open terraces and lake views.

Together, the projects are set to reshape Hangzhou's commercial landscape and expand residents' access to new urban amenities.
