ZJU international student discovers community life in Xinchang

Hussain, an international graduate student in communication at Zhejiang University, spent part of his summer break conducting field research in Xinchang county, Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, gaining firsthand experience of life in the county.
During his visit, Hussain explored the area's natural and cultural attractions and learned about local development, with summer childcare programs for employees' children leaving a particular impression.
Several local companies and institutions have opened childcare programs to help working parents during the summer vacation. Hussain joined children in their daily activities and led interactive English sessions using teaching aids and games.
After several days in Xinchang, he described it as "a city with a human touch," citing local efforts to support employees and their families.
Hussain plans to share his experiences with overseas audiences as part of his studies in international communication, offering an international student's perspective on everyday life and development in a Chinese county.
