Commuters at Hangzhou's Liangmu Road Station (Metro Line 5) recently discovered a vibrant spring scene — a hidden floral surprise right outside Exit C.
Since March 23, a massive field of pansies has entered full bloom, creating a stunning tapestry of purple, white, yellow, and red.
Passersby have dubbed the scene "Monet's Palette", as the colorful layers of petals mimic the brushstrokes of an Impressionist painting. Unlike the city's more famous tourist spots, this urban green belt remains a quiet sanctuary, offering a moment of serenity to busy travelers.
Local residents have praised the display as a "romantic gift from the city", perfectly capturing the essence of spring in Hangzhou.
