At the Maowanli Stamped Pottery Museum in Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou, more than 300 bronze belt buckles from the Yue State of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty (770-256 BC) are now on display.

With their diverse shapes and vivid patterns, these palm-sized objects showcase extraordinary craftsmanship.  Once worn by Yue nobility, they were not just practical fasteners, but symbols of personal taste, social status, and refined elegance.
