A frightening scene unfolded in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province recently. At 4 am, a water cart operator on the roadside was alerted of two men who had fallen into a river. Thinking quickly on his feet, he used the rubber hose of the water cart as a "rescue rope" and successfully pulled both men ashore.
